1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and catering enquiries placed with Ofenverliebt GmbH, Musterstraße 12, 12345 Berlin.

2. Offer and order

Our menu at the truck and on this website is subject to change. By placing your order at the truck you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we start preparing your pizza.

3. Delivery area and prices

We bake in the delivery areas that our postcode check shows as served. All prices include statutory VAT.

4. Catering and events

Catering enquiries sent through our form are non-binding. A contract is only concluded with our written order confirmation. Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the date.

5. Right of withdrawal

For freshly prepared food, the right of withdrawal expires once preparation begins. The cancellation rule in section 4 applies to catering.

6. Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, where legally permissible.
